WINNINGTON BRIDGE PROPOSALS 

 

The Parish Council is looking for the views of local residents on the proposals for a replacement bridge at Winnington. 

 

Do you have concerns regarding the potential increase in traffic, related pollution and increased noise levels, which would include unsociable hours, which a new 2 way bridge with an increased load capacity will bring? 

 

Although a new bridge is recognized as essential do we want the increased traffic to come through our village? 

 

Runcorn Road is already a very busy road and we need to consider all options before supporting any particular plan.
